We purchased the Bulldog Scrubber for our brewery and it is amazing! Worth the investment. And when a case of mat cleaner arrived recently with 20 broken packets inside the box due to shipping I reached out to see if we might be able to receive 20 replacements. They are sending 40! And didn't make me jump through hoops to get it. I appreciate that kind of customer service and highly recommend them.

Lisa, our sales rep, has gone above and beyond to help us with repair issues that we recently had while using another company's repair services. She worked with them directly and advised me on how to deal with their customer service and billing teams. And when they couldn't fix the issue, she sent someone out and they fixed it in 30 minutes! I am very thankful for her follow through and dedication to me as a customer!

Good Luck Getting A Bill Fixed
Have spent over 3 weeks - 4 emails and multiple phone calls trying to get an invoice corrected. After receiving invoice (prior to shipping) asked to have order changed - didn't happen. Asked for credit on product I didn't want - didn't happen. Was told credit was placed - didn't happen. As much as I like this machine dealing with customer service has been a nightmare and still not whole after being told so over a week ago. Do not like having to spend this much time on something that should be one phonecall.

FCE saved me from a mutiny by my facility staff. they had all the hand mopping they could take while our Clarke floor scrubber was out for repairs. Over and above the prompt and efficient service rendered by FCE staff their smiling faces and pleasant voices say a lot about a business. Even though it is counter intuitive to desire an equipment repair situation i look forward to working with FCE staff again.

NO Stars should be an option!!!
I bought a brand new WD20 a month ago. Hasn't worked from the day i got it, and its still not working! Financing and delivery was easy and fast, thought i had found a great product. BUT... if it doesn't work out of the box, i wish you the best of luck getting it fixed. VERY VERY Disappointed, i have no faith its going to be resolved any time soon. Call and leave a voicemail, get a short vague email in return! Spend your money somewhere else!!

Must be nice to delete reviews that aren't positive
I've had a Bulldog for awhile now. While I'm sure it's not the case for everyone mine was broke down 3 times in the first 2 months of owning it. When I voiced my dissatisfaction and didn't want to keep it, I was out of luck. Nothing would be done to right the wrong and nothing has been done since. On the second breakdown, I didn't get to use my scrubber for 3 weeks straight because they couldn't figure out what was wrong. When I spoke with my rep, they put the blame on the tech. NOT HIS FAULT. He went out of his way to buy local parts to "build" the part we needed until the real one came in. I was then told that while they couldn't take the machine back, a "higher up" would call me about extending warranty etc. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. My first review has been deleted. I guess I'll have to keep writing them once they get deleted. Unhappy every time I get that machine out.

We are very unhappy with the experience we have had with this company and equipment. We have only used the machine 4 times and it is not working properly anymore. We have called multiple times and we keep getting pushed off. We have not been able to use this machine for over week now. We are currently paying for a machine that we cannot use and no one will come fix the error. We own a very high traffic business and need this piece of equipment to work properly. Not very impressed with how the customer service is dealing with our issue.

Communication Break Down
I had to go through my rep to get what I needed and get the discount. She didn't get me the quote (which she said would happen) until after the purchase and ended up never giving me the 10% off I was supposed to get. When I emailed asking about it, I never heard back;(
She was very nice, and I was willing to just wait to get the discount on the next order, but never heard back and was never refunded.

Best Purchase we EVER made!
Love love love our Bulldog Scrubber! We can keep our gym clean and ready for our athletes in very little time and with very little effort with our Bulldog Scrubber. We recently needed to replace a couple of parts and that too was very easy and took no time at all.

They are always responsive to our needs, even if it is a last minute cleaning.

Love this machine and Company
This machine has made our life so much easier at our CrossFit Box. We recently had our quarterly maintenance check up. A week afterwards (on the weekend) we were having troubles. FCE came out first thing Monday to fix. They were so professional and did not leave until they were sure we were completely satisfied. They are a very professional firm with outstanding client service skills!!

The Bulldog is great!
I LOVE my bulldog. Seriously, it was the first purchase I made when opening my gym. Even before barbells. Clients comment daily on how clean our floors are, and I know this has made a big impact on their perception of us.
