I appreciate that the sales rep is there when I need her but doesn't shove it down my throat. I also like that I don't get a million emails. One every few months is perfect! I actually read it... Case in point.

The machine works great, but each time I attempt to call or e-mail to order supplies, the lack of communication skills of my rep can be frustrating.

best investment I've made thus far

We used to mop our floors. It would take about 2 hours, do that 2-3 times per week and that's almost a day of mopping. Now it takes about 20 min to do the entire gym (5000 sq ft). Not only did it save us time, the mats are so much cleaner and the athletes love it.

The soap is economical in quart size (vs 55 gallon drum). Worked for our operation.

The scrubber works great most of the time, and saves me a ton of time vs mopping. However, I've had some issues with the battery life indicator not accurately representing true battery life and the scrubber dying out of nowhere even though I haven't really used it all that much. When that happens, it ruins my day when I have cleaning planned for a certain time, and other activities built around that cleaning. The service team sent me a generic check list that was not helpful in resolving the problem, and for the amount that I pay to lease the scrubber it seems like it should be under warranty, and they should send a technician out at their cost to figure out the problem. I pay for it to save time, not create additional hassles.

Good scrubber, but the replacement parts are going to cost you a fortune. Have had to replace a hose and the squeegee twice. The handle on ours is also broken but slightly functional--I'm afraid of what that'll cost
