We purchased the Bulldog Scrubber for our brewery and it is amazing! Worth the investment. And when a case of mat cleaner arrived recently with 20 broken packets inside the box due to shipping I reached out to see if we might be able to receive 20 replacements. They are sending 40! And didn't make me jump through hoops to get it. I appreciate that kind of customer service and highly recommend them.

Lisa, our sales rep, has gone above and beyond to help us with repair issues that we recently had while using another company's repair services. She worked with them directly and advised me on how to deal with their customer service and billing teams. And when they couldn't fix the issue, she sent someone out and they fixed it in 30 minutes! I am very thankful for her follow through and dedication to me as a customer!

Good Luck Getting A Bill Fixed

Have spent over 3 weeks - 4 emails and multiple phone calls trying to get an invoice corrected. After receiving invoice (prior to shipping) asked to have order changed - didn't happen. Asked for credit on product I didn't want - didn't happen. Was told credit was placed - didn't happen. As much as I like this machine dealing with customer service has been a nightmare and still not whole after being told so over a week ago. Do not like having to spend this much time on something that should be one phonecall.

Tony, I truly apologize that you have not been happy and your experience has been less than positive. When you placed your original order for two squeegees, we had already shipped and charged your account within hours. So when it came time to edit your order, it was already too late to just send one. Our next course of action was to wait for the squeegee to be sent back and then issue a refund, yet we agreed to let you keep the extra squeegee and your account would be refunded that amount. The refund should have been taken care of much sooner, and for that we also apologize. This will be taken care of as soon as possible. FCE saved me from a mutiny by my facility staff. they had all the hand mopping they could take while our Clarke floor scrubber was out for repairs. Over and above the prompt and efficient service rendered by FCE staff their smiling faces and pleasant voices say a lot about a business. Even though it is counter intuitive to desire an equipment repair situation i look forward to working with FCE staff again.
